    When i started with bonnie I was unsure if I'd even be able to lose to the weight I have tried so many times to lose the weight but I really had no idea what I was doing. Bonnie taught me the importance of counting calories & protein and helped me to understand I can still enjoy my foods while including healthier options. She taught me that the scales aren't the only way to determine weight loss and fluctuations are normal. I've lost 13kg so far and finally believe my goal of standing there on my wedding day looking my best and feeling proud is well and truly achievable.     When I started with Bonnie the aspect of Macros scared the hell out of me, I didn’t know how much protein I should be eating or why. Bonnie was so lovely and sat down and explained everything to me and made things so simple to understand and giving me just basic meals to make. Now with the knowledge I have learnt, I can create my own meals to hit my calorie & protein goals. Bonnie provided me with workouts that I could schedule in. I can now make healthy eating choices and walk into the gym knowing that I know what I need to do. About Me

Hey, I’m Bonnie

A mum, a coach, and a woman who’s rebuilt her life from the ground up.

My journey into health and fitness began during one of the most challenging periods of my life. When I entered motherhood as a brand new single mum. My confidence, self-worth, and identity were at an all-time low. During my pregnancy, I had gained 35 kilos as I turned to food for comfort and survival after finally leaving a very toxic relationship, and I'll be honest, I didn’t recognise myself physically or emotionally. But becoming a mum changed everything…

  • It gave me a “why” that was bigger than my fear, my past, and every doubt I had about myself. I promised my son and myself that I would become the healthiest, happiest version of me… not just for him, but because I finally realised I deserved that too.

    So I started small. I learned, I showed up, I rebuilt. And with every step I took, I found more strength and confidence I never thought I’d feel again. That’s where my passion for coaching was born. My approach is simple: Real guidance. Real support. Real results.

    Not pressure. Not perfection. Just a plan that fits your life and a coach who genuinely cares.
